My Story
Hi! My name is Faleesha. I've been baking since I was young, as it's always felt like a part of me - it came naturally. Seeing the light and enjoyment appear on people's faces when they take that first bite has always brought me joy.
In 2018 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I quickly lost the joy in baked goods because all of the gluten-free stuff was always missing something. From that, I began a mission to see that pure joy on people's faces from food that is dietary-restrictive.
By the end of that year, I had developed friendships with coworkers who are Vegan. I was inspired then to bring them back that same joy for baked goods. Faleesha's Baked Goodies was born of this need for good baked treats for people with dietary restrictions.
